Fix stale README, CLAUDE.md and glossary

Update README and CLAUDE.md is marked done and Update CLAUDE.md conventions covers the NavAnchor export. The three documents still disagree with each other and with the code.

Current State

• README: "Node.js 21, pnpm 9"; CLAUDE.md: "Node 24, pnpm 9"; packageManager: pnpm 10.13.1; CI: Node 24
• README documents ./deploy.sh, which does not exist; deploy runs in CI
• README: "Image optimization ... currently disabled pending build freeze fix" — both todos are done and imagetools is on
• CLAUDE.md page template imports from $lib and $lib/publication; the project uses #lib subpath imports and navSection() attachments
• CLAUDE.md says pnpm check is "non-blocking" in CI; ci.yml has no continue-on-error
• CLAUDE.md lists Fun/, shaders/, $styles alias, NavAnchor, PublicationAuthors — none exist as described
• Glossary: defines NavAnchor (removed) and lists three TodoCover states out of four

Tasks

• Pin one Node/pnpm pair in package.json engines and reference it from both docs
• Rewrite the README deploy and features sections to match CI
• Regenerate the CLAUDE.md page template from an actual current todo page
• Update the glossary entries for navSection and TodoCover
