Fix /daler/ page meta and listing

Current State

• src/routes/(demo)/daler/+page.svelte exports title: 'Todos' and description: 'Demo todo pages', identical to /todos/; the h1 says "Todos for Daler" and the <title> says "Todos"
• It is not excluded, so it appears in the home "Latest" grid without cover or author, in ReadNext and in sitemap-appendix.xml
• The same happens for /reports/ and /glossary/: section indexes are listed as if they were articles

Tasks

• Give the page its own title and description, or fold it into a tag filter on /todos/
• Mark section indexes (daler, reports, glossary) excluded: true like /features/ already is
• Decide whether a personal task list belongs on the public bootstrap at all
