Clean up minor Timestripe leftovers

Things that do not deserve a todo of their own but should go together:

• src/lib/authors.js: the daler author ("swiss knife", no avatar) is not referenced by any page. Two todo pages carry a Daler tag instead.
• src/lib/LinkBlock.svelte:12: the JSDoc example uses https://t.me/joinchat/..., a community chat link pattern from the magazine
• src/lib/shaders/ (ThreeShaders.svelte, main.ts, .glsl files): nothing outside the folder imports it, and it drags three into dependencies
• CLAUDE.md lists src/lib/Fun/ (games, timers), a directory that no longer exists
• src/lib/CallToAction-black.svelte: a second CTA variant used only by its demo page; already noted in Fix naming inconsistencies

Tasks

• Remove the daler author or give it an avatar and a use
• Replace the Telegram URL in the JSDoc example with a neutral one
• Delete src/lib/shaders/ and the three dependency, or wire the component into a demo page
• Fix the src/lib/Fun/ line in CLAUDE.md
• Move sharp from dependencies to devDependencies; a static build only needs it for imagetools at build time
• Delete the one-off migration scripts in scripts/ (pug-to-html.js, remove-lang-ts.js, fix-title-shorthand.js, fix-allowfullscreen.js) that have no remaining input
